When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2–4 days across Pakistan, tracked the whole way, and it is free.
How much is delivery?
Free across Pakistan, no minimum.
The silk
What is momme, and why does it matter?
Momme is the weight of a fixed length of cloth, the way thread count measures cotton. Heavier silk is denser and holds its finish for years rather than months. Everything here is 22 momme.
Is it real mulberry silk?
Grade 6A mulberry filament, reeled long rather than spun from waste, and finished without coating or resin. If it feels waxy or slippery, that's a finish, not the fibre.
Is the dye safe?
OEKO-TEX certified dye and finish, tested for harmful substances.
Fit and sizing
Do the masks come in sizes?
One size. The covered elastic strap adjusts between 52 and 62cm.
Which mask suits lash extensions?
The LashGuard 3D. It's moulded with a cavity, so lashes sit in open air all night and extensions keep their curl.
Returns and care
What's your returns policy?
Seventy nights. Write to us with your order number and post it back for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Refunds land within 10 working days.
How do I wash it?
Cool hand wash, or a delicate cycle inside a mesh bag, then line dry out of direct sun. Never tumble dry, and skip fabric softener, which coats the filament and kills the slip.
